AARP - AARP is an association of seniors whose stated goal is to shape and enrich the experience of aging for their members and for all Americans. Their site contains much content of interest to seniors and access to all the products sold by AARP.

About Senior Living - About.com guide to senior living, retirement, active living, and more.

Administration on Aging - AoA is a division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The mission of the AoA is to help elderly individuals maintain their dignity and independence in their homes and communities through comprehensive, coordinated, and cost effective systems of long-term care, and livable communities across the U.S.

Department of Veterans Affairs - This site contains information on where to write for replacement copies of military records as well as other information on benefits available to veterans. 

Employee Benefits Security Administration QDRO Publication - This publication provides general information about the qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs) under the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

IRS - You can download forms, look up laws, and read about taxes in plain English or Spanish on the IRS web site.

Medicare - Medicare's site has information on coverage, eligibility, enrollment, your Medicare card, replacement card ordering, address changes and more. Also, you can view, download, or order Medicare or health related publications.

National Association of Personal Financial Advisors - NAPFA is the nation’s leading organization dedicated to the advancement of Fee-Only comprehensive financial planning.

NCHS - This site contains information on where to write for vital records such as birth, death, marriage, or divorce.

PBGC - The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) protects the retirement incomes of about 43 million American workers - one of every three working persons -- including participants in the Pension Plan.

Quicken.com Retirement - Information on retirement planning, retirement calculators and tools, sections on retirement basics.

Retirement Net - Retirement communities, homes and properties - including active retirement communities and adult real estate developments, assisted living and continuing care, etc.

Senior Citizens Resources - This is a US Government website with links to many different types of senior services.

Social Security Administration - The Social Security Administration is in charge of enrolling Americans, collecting contributions from payroll taxes, and providing benefits to seniors, beneficiaries, and disabled persons. The web site allows you to request a detailed earnings history and learn about your coverage under Social Security.

Taking the Mystery Out of Retirement PlanningThis publication, created by the U.S. Department of Labor, provides assistance with financial planning for retirement.
